New Telephone System now live

We are very pleased to announce that our new telephone system is now operational.

Today which was the 1st full day of operation has seen a maximum waiting time of 8 minutes for a call to be answered (1st thing this morning) with average waiting time at 2 minutes for a call to be answered.

The options are as follows:
1. Help to complete a medical or admin request to our team (Reception)
2. Home visit requests (Reception)
3. Administration and Secretarial team (Admin office and secretaries)
4. General Enquiries (Reception)
5. Professional enquiries for healthcare professionals only - this option is strictly for healthcare professionals and must not be used by patients
